From the very moment that I visited the complex, I knew this was the identify I wanted to telephone call home. I picked the Turin Townhouse which was perfect for all my needs. What I didn't know was that the service I would receive from the Project Manager, Mike F, would exceed all my expectations. His professionalism and willingness to work with me on every aspect of my home was exceptional. I felt confident that I would be completely satisfied with the end upshot, and Mike F delivered. He introduced me to Dean M on my walk thru who connected to make me feel that my best involvement was his highest priority. He was patient, informative and responsive. I couldn't be more pleased. Give thanks you so very much for building me my new and forever home. I highly recommend this community and Pulte builders. ...

Nosotros were very pleased with the unabridged purchase procedure. The sales grouping went over all the details of building our dwelling house, i.e. flooring program and cost of any additions. Brian Pascal the structure manager who worked with u.s. illustrates the professionalism, competence and dedication that comprise the workforce at Del Webb. The but disappointment was that I was not told at the pattern heart that you had to pay extra to have a garage painted. I would accept thought that the interior of the garage would have been painted with the course that you choose that came with the business firm.

In my opinion, the materials used to build our unit are considerably beneath my expectation based on the price paid, specially since we upgraded near everything. I realized that we are not ownership just a residence, but rather a way of life, but coming from our old to this new abode, the floors, cabinets, etc. are a bit disappointing.
